Hi
Thanks for replying
I have downloaded the appropriate drivers for the mouse but still it only moves from side to side and not up and down.

You're welcome.
If another mouse works ok, then the Trust mouse is probably bad.

No i dont think its bad because it worked perfect on my old pc no problems at all and the mouse itself isnt realy that old.

Follow this advice.... Try another mouse on this PC. Also what OS on the new PC? Is it supported.

Hi :)

A standard mouse with a wire works fine but ive installed the drivers for the wireless one and still it dosent work correctly.
And yes it is compatible with Windows Xp as ive looked on their website.
I know the wireless mouse works because i only just sold my old computer that had the wireless mouse on and it worked fine on that computer.

Um...I'm guessing XP, right? Also, is it the same OS as the old PC?

Try another wireless mouse if it works U'll know if the old mouse is any good, also U could try that mouse on another PC and find out if its any good. :)

Reinstall the drivers. They may be improperly installed.

If no luck, then see if it works on another system. It's possible that something happened to the mouse between when you sold your old system and now.
Also, make sure the batteries are ok.
