Lots of answers but try this quick and dirty one
Power off
Unplug keyboard
Power on
You should get keyboard error and instruction like "press F1 to enter setup"
Plug keyboard back in without rebooting and Press whatever key/keys error massage is telling you to
If that doesn't work - try to get the BIOS xompany name like Award, AMI, Pheonix (the big 3)

FallAPart,
What would you like to do in the BIOS?

well....... the battery went dry on me so the hard disk is not detected any more..... i already replaced the battery now i need to access the bios/cmos so i can have the hard disk detected....
old_kid... i already tried it but with no success....
Well there is always the "hunt and peck" method -- start with the common keys <del>,<f1> and so on trying each one then you can try combinations of the keys......
(came up with several hundred hits for that model on Google (http://www.google.com) but most of them are in Japanese....)

Hey Fall:
http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif Here are some other "Guesses" to get into BIOS
CTRL ALT ESC
CTRL ALT INS
CTRL A
CTRL S
CTRL F1
CRTL ALT S
Esc
Failing that - have you tried tracking down part # on BIOS chip itself or part # on Mother Board??
