I went to upgrade my PC. I bought an ECS P4 F5A motherboard. It has a P4 1.6ghz processor. I put in a Verto GeForce4 graphics accelerator card. After a day of use the 3D screensaver came up whilest I was away from my PC. When I came back I got a blue screen of death and my computer cut off. I was unable to boot up my pc after that. I still had power feeding to the fans and processor. I would greatly appreciate any help. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
What was the error message on the BSOD?
Do you get a display during startup?
Can you enter BIOS?
Did you make sure the video card is securely inserted?
What is your power supply's wattage capacity?

I have a 300 wattage and the computer had been running fine prior to the new video card. I didn't see what the error message was because it came and went too fast. The video card was securly in the socket and working fine. When the 3d screen saver came up and was operating properly.
I can not enter the bios or anything. It won't boot at all.

Try the old video card. If you get a display, then the new card is probably bad.
If you do not get a display, then reseat the memory module(s) and try them in different slots.
If no luck, then the MB, CPU, memory, or PSM may have gone south. Either swap out or have them checked.
