It may be just me being a bit slow but I think youre going to have give a lot more info on:

a. What youre trying to do.
b. What youre trying to do it with.

Are you attempting to boot a system with a NIC ( Network Interface card)installed in it?
If you are and your not booting it from a server.
Go into the Bios and disable / remove the NIC from the Boot order.
Also check you documentation on the Nic to run it’s setup and disable bootable in the Nic if available
