I'm running xp,It seems to reboot it's self every day, roughly 9-10 a.m.,sometimes twice a day.Sometimes the screensaver lock's up also.

XP has logging options that will tell you what is causing the reboot. XP, unlike the 9x versions, will reboot when faced with an error. Also check the task scheduler and make sure that there isn't anything set to run about that time, some maintenance programs will reboot when finished.
