to wut page does it do ram count
does it do a post chek?
That's the screen where the BIOS normally detects the hard drive(s), and tests the memory.
See if you can get into BIOS(Setup). If not, then reset CMOS either with a MB jumper(see MB's documentation), or by removing the CMOS battery for at least 30 minutes.
If no luck, then check the CMOS battery for the correct voltage(3V), and replace it if it's less than that.
If the battery is ok, then clean the MB's battery contacts with an eraser and alcohol.
If still no good, then the BIOS chip may be bad.
If you can get into BIOS, check if the boot HD is recognized. If not, then make sure the IDE 1 controller is enabled in BIOS, and the boot HD's cables are securely connected.
If those are ok, then connect a different power lead to the boot HD, and install a different known working IDE cable.
If still no luck, then connect the boot HD to the IDE 2 controller, and disconnect all other drives. If the system starts, then the IDE 1 controller is bad. If the system still does not start, then the HD may be bad.
If the boot HD is recognized in BIOS, then reseat the memory.
If no luck, then run Memtest86 to check the memory(It runs from a floppy).

I have changed the cmos battery. I have stripped the board and startted piece
by piece. After everything was reinstaled it booted 1 time and quickly rebooted
its self backto bios screen. I think youre right about my bios chip. But its a sauderd
chip.
