Hi..i jus bought a new webcam today and after installin all the drivers and connecting it the webcam makes me look soo white and pale...i dunno is there a way to fix it or its a problem wit the actual device..i will appreciate it if someone kindly helps me on this..Thank you :) :)

You may want to get some accent lighting that will flatter your appearance on camera. The colors from your monitor may make your skin tone seem odd.

What colour are the walls of the room?
The skin colour being reflected back to the camera is affected by the color of light being reflected onto it from the walls.
Then the monitor needs to be adjusted to suit the wall colour because the eyes are seeing huge areas of wall colour and adjust to suit that, which biases the colour balance perceived as coming from the monitor.
In other words the same monitor colours look different if the colour of the surroundings are changed.
If you make your walls pink, you will look pink.
