Aloha, I am looking for a way to use 1 keyboard for 3 computers…. I
have 3 desktops and 3 monitors… What I am trying to do is have the
same input from 1 keyboard do the same thing on all 3 desktops, all at
the same time.(Maybe some sort of USB Y adapter)

Example: I open up WORD on all 3 computers, and type a letter… What
happens is all 3 computers will type the same letter at the same
time.(using 1 keyboard)

I have looked into KVM switches, but this only will allow you to
switch between 1 computer at a time.

Additionally, is there a way to use 2 keyboards (USB) on the same
system (second keyboard would act like an extra 108 function keys
instead of a standard keyboard.)… Software controlled? (I know there
are 180 key set panels out there, but at $320+ I would rather rig up a
$10 keyboard and label the keys myself with white out and magic marker)

Big Mahalos for any suggestions.

Hello, and Welcome to the PC Guide Forums!

This area isn't my forte, but I'd say that your chances or finding an adapter capable of doing that would be pretty slim... you'd have to splice the cables yourself, and even then you would probably damage the computers connected...

You might be able to find some software that will allow you to do this, however.
