Right now we are running a Network printer on a standart tcp/ip port. The printers are HP laserjet 4050n and predominately windows 2k with a few windows XP. Randomly they just stop working, however it is only happening to one office.

The error is "spoolsv.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program."

"An error log is being created."

I already removed all the spyware from the machines, made sure the printer ports were unblocked by the firewall, deleting the port and reinstalling the driver. Anyone heard of this or have a solution? I took a screenshot and added the attachment too.

I followed the directions exactly but the problem is still there. Do you think it might be some type of spyware. Its now happening to over 40 computers!
