Hi

I have moved a HP Scanner 7400C from one side of the desk to the other, plugged back in the usb connection, but now windows does not recognise it.

Any ideas ?

I would suggest uninstalling the software and reinstalling as per HP's directions. Oft times, the software is installed first and then the hardware plugged in with USB driver setups... I would check your documentation/readme file to make sure...

That seems to fixed it.
