I have a MSI 915P Neo2 with a P4 3.0 lga775

I have built it. THe problem is, all the usb connections aren't working. The ones which are stuck on the motherboard/on the io shield and also the ones I installed myself, which are connected to JUSB2 and the LED connector. I am very sure the USB connection is correct. And the problem si not the thing where the 10th pin isnt supposed to be there, it doesnt have one. So what is wrong?
