HP Deskjet 895Cxi Printer, just keeps printing and printing until I press the power button, there is 1 item in the printing cue or 1 job and even when I choose to cancel it, it still shows so I can't get rid of that either, help?

Have you tried reinstalling printer drivers, or possibly getting newer drivers from HP's website?

I'm with kiosk...uninstall/remove the printer and reinstall...

And when you uninstall the drivers, drill down in Explorer to the print cue folder and make sure it is empty.

Also, it should be noted that HP is getting notorious with its spectacularly bloated, cumbersome and buggy driver software. I wouldn't be surprised if new drivers solve the existing problem, only to introduce a different one.

You guys may not beleive this but after looking at the posts here I went to the pc turned it on, turned on the printer and it kept printing like it was doing yesterday, I opened IE and clicked on File/Print to print the exisitng page, lo and behold, it printed out the page then stopped and so far is working normal.:confused:

I'd keep an eye on it...

And don't leave it on while you're not there! It wouldn't be a very nice 'welcome home' surprise to find the printer having spit up on 300 pages and wasted all the ink...
