Just got this vsonic pc desktop, the mouse moves at the logon screen but when you try to type in the password nothing happens and this [pressing any key] causes the mouse to stop working. I tried to see if both keyboard and mouse is being recognized in POST but I can't see it, all I see in there are the drives and then something else comes on for only a split second then the POST screen exits before I can recognize what was last written, tried using the Pause key to catch those last things which appear on the POST screen but it happens too quickly, any ideas/fixes please?

If the system is under warranty, then suggest that you tell the supplier to fix the problem.
