I recently built a computer for a friend. Everything was working fine. However, after he took the computer home and plugged in his own keyboard, the keyboard stopped working. He has tried three different keyboards and still hasn't gotten one working.

Is it a PS/2 or USB keyboard?

I hope he wasn't doing this while the computer was running?

Take your keyboard over and see if it still works, it may be the port itself that isnt functioning properly. If you can get it working, install drivers for your buddy's keyboard before restarting and switching keyboards.
