I have been having trouble with my keyboard, and mouse. I have finally narrowed it down to having all the USB ports in use. If I take out the printer my mouse works and my printer will work until I try to email. Has anyone any idea?

Sounds like your USB hub is being overloaded. One option is to install a PCI USB controller card to split the load between USB hubs.
