According to the ink status levels indicated on the display I have a half full colour ink cartridge but whenever I try to print in colour only the black ink cartridge prints anything at all. I have tried taking the cartridge out and inserting it again but nothing changes. I have selected the cleaning option but this has not helped either. I have not tried to manually clean anything as I do not know what I should be looking to clean or how to do it.

Anyone any ideas?
