Would anyone have a better idea of the fan speed range for an INTEL P4 3.06 GHz CPU with INTEL supplied fan. Only lately this fan has started speeding up to 4500 rpm. I have done the usual maintainance of cleaning the case, the cooling fins, etc. The INTEL documentation has no numbers. Thanks.
