I have a 45 day old Asus A7V Mobo, with 128k Mushkin Ram, 750 T-bird. Everything worked fine until I tried install an SBLive Value card. No the machine freezes while checking memory - It only displays "mem" then cursor. I can't bypass the memory check or get into the bios....

I can't find the CMOS jumper, so I took the battery out and unplugged the PS. I took the RAM out and put it in another machine, and that machine is working fine.

Any other suggestions? Is the mobo fried?

You didn't say: have you tried booting without the SB card? It could be bad.
