i want to completely uninstall windows xp and everything on my hard drive, so i can reinstall windows xp with nothing else on my harddrive. as nothing works, internet keeps crashing i think there i some sort of virus on it but cant get into a program long enough to take it out tried to run the windows installation disk but it just went over everything and not made any difference. anyone who know what i should do?

You can use the HDD maker's utility (from their website) on a floppy or CD to write zeros to the drive. DBAN (http://dban.sourceforge.net/) can also do this for you.
