.. some weird thing happened when use hirens boot cd:

oakcdrom.sys loading failed
apigd.sys loading failed
vide-cdd.sys loading failed
1394CD.sys loading failed
apicd.sys loading ... freeze

driver not loaded. cdrom not found

.. windows xp recognize both dvd/rw's and they working just fine, but not in boot mode, need help, please! .. however, I try to change/disconnect one by one dvd/rw's, change master/slave, change IDE cable, use hirens version 8.6 and 9.3 ...

.. any advice?, please!

First off...Hiren's isn't exactly a great boot CD to begin with.

Second take a close look at what is failing...CD drive drivers. you have DVD drives...it could very well be that the driver versions are not able to recognize them as being valid drives. (Yes, it shouldn't make much difference, but a number of those older drivers haven't been updated in years and probably have trouble with newer drives.)

.. what's the next step then? .. should I download a newer drivers for pioneer and Nec, I ask because I already flashed pioneer .. no changes

The firmware for the device has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not a DOS (which is what a number of boot CDs use as an OS) will see the device. When you 'flash' an optical drive your are not doing a dang thing to any driver...you are changing its firmware(equivalent of a computer's BIOS).

So, no, don't 'flash' the other drive...find a different boot disk...preferably one that is Linux based so you don't need to run out dated device drivers that probably can't recognize the device to begin with...
