i also have a similar problem. my cd drive randomly stopped working. it was working the night before but then i put in a photo cd today. and it coukdn't detect it for some reason so i went on my computer and the drive was issing it was gone i thought i'd try and reboot the cd drive but it was gone from the boot menu too wht can i do?
