50614602263These are mostly meaningless manufacturing codes. Bin and year stuff that was used during assembly. If I had to take a guess based solely on this, I'd say Radeon 9800 variant. However, since these codes are so meaningless, I could be totally wrong.

Do you have any clue whatsoever about what your vid card might be? Any idea when it was bought? Anything?? It doesn't tell you right on the PCB?
