What is the best 2x2GB DDR2 800 RAM Out? I googled and couldn't find any real benchmarks!

I would doubt you will find any real benchmarks on ram of the same speed. The only real difference for ram of the same speed is latency. Other than that it's about brand reliability, or even brand loyalty if you are so inclined.

You will find varying opinions about this brand or that brand over clocks better than the other. Or is known for tighter timings. Personally I think it is the luck of the draw and depends on if you get lucky and the modules you get have a greater potential for higher speeds and tighter timings.

Stick with known good brands, pick the speed and latency within your budget. ;)
