I have a MS wireless mouse and it's connected to a PC and an ibook via a KVM cable. My son did something with the mouse receiver and it will not work any more. I click the button on the receiver and the light blinks. When I click the connect button on the mouse, the receiver's light goes off. The interesting thing is that when I connect the receiver directly to a usb port, everything works fine.
Something needs to be done with the KVM cable? Only one of the 2 lights on the IOGEAR KVM cable is on. Is that the problem? The keyboard works just fine. The KVM cable is self powered.

Any ideas?
