Hey whats up guys? I have a problem that for the life of me I can't understand. I have a Mircosoft Wireless Keyboard 3000, it works great when I type etc but when I play a game and I'm using the direction keys for example it stops responding. In other words I could be pressing the W key to be moving forward and then the guy just stops even though I'm still holding the key down. It's not that specific key its all of them. The keyboard is brand new, battries are new, it's a new machine. It's not a specific game its all the games I play. The keyboard works fine when I type etc. What the hell? I can barely play a game cause the guy will stop moving and I'll just get blown up so its really annoying. Any ideas?

check under the keyboard settings under the control pannel. Make sure you have repeatability, so if you hold down a letter like "a" you should get "aaaaaa..." also, make sure you don't have any of the handicap features on, like sticky fingures or something like that. Those turn on by default when you hit [shift] 5 times in a row, hold [shift] down for a while, or other stupid key combinations. (I do realize that some older people can use said features, I find them annoying most of the time).

personally i've had bad experiences with wireless anything when it comes to games. I bought some brand new logitech wireless laser mouse and keyboard...but ended up exchanging them for my parents' old mouse and keyboard because they induced lag. But another guy told me he felt fine when used the same hardware...Maybe it was the settings or something. Do you experience any lag on your wireless keyboard?
