I recently installed win98 in a new PC. I ran into problems installing win98 but finally got it going. My problem now is that when i try to install any program, that blue error screen comes on and I need to reboot. I have tried to install different programs and its always the same. The problem that I had when installing win98 was a SUWIN problem with setupdx something. I had to disable shadowing on BIOS in order to get win98 installed. So can you please advise me on where to start so that I can install anything on my system. thanks

That BSOD can be a toughie to troubleshoot. I would recommend starting over fresh, and getting a clean Windows install before trying to install any more software, which only adds more problems, making it that much more difficult to troubleshoot.
