Running Visa on new Compaq. This problem just happened yesterday. Tried to burn file to DVD/CD. Received error message "Invalid MS-DOS function." Tried to burn other files -- same error msg. ???

Do you have a proper CD/DVD software in your system. Could you please post more about the software which you are using to write?

Running Cyberlink DVD Suite. Was not familiar with this software. Did some reading on it and finally succeeded in burning both CDs and DVDs.
