my printer was purchased 2wks ago and it was fine until yesterday. paper will not feed into my printer it keeps pulling to the right side and i keep getting a jam message. my whole family depends on this computer/printer. if you've had this problem or you can help me PLEASE write back ASAP. Love this forum...

I would suggest carefully feeding a letter size piece of poster board by hand through the path to clear any obstructions.

Just be careful, it is under warranty, you may need to avail yourself of the warranty if the above does not work.
