So....

Tonight IQ was enjoying a lovely drink when it spilled all over my computer and pretty much screwed it up... Asq Iq amq sureq youq canq seeq from myq spelling. So all the keys seem to work except my spacebar. Which funtions as both the spaceq andq "q" key.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Its driving me crazy having to erase all these damn Q's

All I did to fix it was turn it over to drain, dry it off with paper towels, used a blow dryer to blow it out then a vacuum to suck what ever I could out.

Is this a laptop?

Drowned keyboards can trap liquid for a long time if any gets between two layers of adjacent material where it is kept 'sucked' by capillary action. It may be necessary to disassemble the whole thing to get it dry. If the lovely drink was sugary then that exacerbates the problem.
