I need help with my laptop Pesario 2100. It's not turning on at all. When ever i have it plugged in to my ac adaptor it just flashes blue at the small buttons but turns off as soon as it flashes. My brother tried to turn it on without the battery and just the adaptor and it did the same. He pressed the little restart button but nothing happened. What should I do. I haven't turned it on in a long time.
