Hello, I am hoping someone can help. I am upgrading a friends PC. When I try to load the ISP software I am getting the error message: This application cannot run with the current monitor depth. I have tried to make changes in display settings, but I am unable to do so. Does anyone have any ideas?

1st, a bit more info woul dhelp a lot, machine specs and monitor specs, video card, etc.

2nd, call the ISP's tech support, they might have already run across this problem and have a good way around it.

3rd, you can also get their DNS and dial up numbers and manually configure the Internet connection.
