Trying to sort out worst to best.

Unfortunately, my 9800 Pro burned out...

But this is the order I came up with:

Looks about right to me. :)

If that were a higher end 7xxx series card it would stomp on the 9800pro. But being a lowly 7300 it can't hold up to the raw power of the 9800pro.

Well, poop on me! I so hate that my 9800Pro burnt out :(

I also thought that the 9300GT would be an upgrade, I mean, 4 times the ram...??? Well, it was kinda cheap, like $40...

I almost went for the 9800GS OC edition, but for $100?

Ram doesn't mean a thing if there is no processing power behind it. ;) The 9300 is a very low end card.

You should be able to easily get a card under a $100 that will smoke your 9800pro. It was a great card in its time, but its time was loooooonnnnnggggg ago. How much you spend just depends on what you want to do with it.

execpt for the fact that the 3850 has a 256 interface while the 4670 has 128 bit................bottleneck there and in benchmarks the 3850 beats it hands down but with the newer tecknology the 4670 keeps up and they both play games about the same...........

both have 320 streams but no matter as the CPU will bottleneck andyways so no gain past the CPU............lol game on
