I just recently upgrade my RAM but I think itis having different speed. My question is how can I determine which one is PC100 and PC133.. And is there any effect they are different speed

Using different speeds shouldn't make much difference. The PC 133 will run on the 100MHz bus just fine, and should work when combined with PC100. I don't think it will work so well the other way around. PC 100 will run on a 133MHz bus, but might have problems if combined with PC133.

The only way I know of to tell which one you have is to look on the box it came in...
