It did peak at 70 for a split second when I started a scan with Kaspersky. This was on a workbench with no obstructions to the air-vents.

I don't really want to disassemble. Looking through the vents appears to be pretty clean.

The owner uses this on a table and, if I remember correctly, has it placed on top of a thick, cloth, place-mat which may be impeding the airflow.

Recommendations?

Check that any fan on the bottom is actually spinning. I have seen them blocked with so much "dust" that it congeals into a what looks like a piece of felt. This may well not be visible until disassembled. I recently ordered a replacement fan only to find this was the actual underlying problem once disassembled.

Looks clean and the fan spins with no obstructions.
