First thing is first, i have the same post in the cpu scetion, not sure if this is a gpu porblem.
i am running a intel 3.2 ghz celron with 1024 MB DDR@ RAM with windows xp 32bit and a Geforce 9400 GT.

here is the first problem i dont know if this is a cpu or mabye a gpu problem but here it is. When i play games online or off, idle or not, high demanding or low after 15-20 min have elapsed with the program open the cpu spikes to 100% usage and the fps drop hard.

Example 1 ONLINE - when i play league of legends online, it takes no time to get the game loaded and going from the client and when the games starts it is fine and running at 33-28 fps, almost like clock work the frames dropped to 1 fps till the game did not demand anything any more, ie we lost. When i was at 1 fps i checked and the cpu usage was at a solid line across 100%. As soon as the game ends and i go back to the client the clent loads fast and the cpu is running at 15 ish usage.

Example 2 OFFLINE - when i play my single player game offline the same from above happens, game loads quick, fps is at 30-37 and suddenly after 15-20 min it dropps to 8-15 fps and the cpu is at 100% usage. and when the game is put in the back ground the cpu drops back down to 15%.

There couldnt be and problems with window because i have just installed it and got all the updates for windows, my gpu, and all other hardware.

I have emaild the gpu producer and asked this same question becasue i have a strong feeling that the gpu is not doing what it needs to do so the cpu takes over and BLAM laggtacular! but if anybody can help or offer suggestions please do!
