My motherboard crashed and I reset the bios jumper. My BIOS is optimally enabled but when I boot it tells me the DES isn't enabled. Thanks in advance for any help.

What brand/model? What motherboard? BIOS? More details, please.

Fans all stopped working if that helps any.

BIOS version is F10. Manufacturer says to boot in safe mode but I can't boot at all.
