I hope someone can help. My cousin tried installing Dungeon Keeper recently but had a problem on installation. Since then she has ENORMOUS icons on the desktop. She has tried everything we can think of to remedy it to no avail. If we right click on the desktop and go to properties the box that opens is so big that only half of it fits on screen making it very difficult to make changes to the icons, resolution etc. But when the changes have been made and the system reboots, it just reverts to how it was and doesnt keep the changes we made. Can anyone help?.Thanks in advance.

If the properties screen is that big the problem is that you can't click the Apply button, so the changes you make aren't saved.

When you open Properties, resize it by moving the mouse pointer to the top until it turns into a double arrow, left click and hold, drag the top down, and do the same for the sides, until you can see the Apply button at bottom. Then maybe you can make it save your changes.

If that doesn't work, you might have to reinstall video drivers, which I don't think would help, or replace the registry with a copy made before the installation of the game.
