When I boot up every thing goes okay until I get to the windows loading screen and then the computer just turns it self off, i was thinking maybe it was over heating but i did'nt change anything it just stoped working!
All help is appreciated.

Open the case and clean out the dust, sounds exactly like either overheating or dying power supply. A can of compressed air will come in handy, and I use a small camera brush, but you have to be careful not to knock off any jumpers. Vaccuum cleaners are a bad idea, since they can suck jumpers up...
Then try it and see.

NOT ONLY WOULD A VACUUM CLEANER SUCK UP JUMPERS BUT IT WILL ALSO CAUSE HARMFUL ESD (STATIC ELECTRICITY) AND MIGHT BLOW OUT SOME OF YOUR M/B COMPONENTS
