Keyboard and Mouse stop working

I have a AMD 600 that has 128.0MB RAM and I use Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition. The problem I have is that the keyboard and mouse stop working and I have to restart the computer to get them to work. Must time this happens when I am use the internet. This problem begun when I instoled Northon Utilities on my system. I've removed the program but I am still having the problem. What
can I do to Solve this problem.

I had a similar problem with IE4, upgrading to IE5.0 or 5.01 solved it. You might go to Control Panel\Add/Remove Programs and try the Internet Explorer Repair Tool. I wouldn't advise installing IE5.5 if you don't have it already, I'm not positive they have all the bugs worked out yet.
