How to make my tv card work?

[OhYeah]

I got a TV Card today. It's Phoebe TV Master. But I can't intalled it.
I downloaded the driver for my Win2000. However, everytime I try to
add new hardware, it will make the system crash. That's really horrible.
I wonder if there 's some to do with the IRQ collision. But I don't know
how to make it.

With Win2k you have to do add hardware wizard, or is it when you boot up and it recognizes it? One thine, if you go into your device manager (right click on my computer, go to properties, and click on the devices tab) do you see any of the little yellow splats next to anything? Also, do you see an unknown device that is your tuner card? Maybe you could try that wizard there (click properties button on the unknown device, click reinstall driver in there) and install the driver that way.
