Web Cam E-mail

[hopeless]

I have installed a logitech webcam express. The camera seems to be functioning properly(there is a picture) but when I take a picture and prepare to send it via E-mail i get the following error:

Mapisp32 has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL.

Anyone have an idea of what going wrong?

Operating system windows ME milliniun edition.
