WOW, I see I'm not alone on the Kennel 32 error......I just posted almost the same question under "Peripheral Troubleshooting" Now I'm confused, maybe it has nothing to do with my scanner I just installed. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/eek.gif

Just a wild shot in the dark (without knowing more about your system or when the error is occurring): check the manufacturer's website for update drivers for your video card. Another suggestion: go to the Microsoft kowledge base (support site) and search for the text of the error message you are getting. This could help you pinpoint the problem -- provided IE doesn't crash first http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif

Read the error message carefully next time.... you'll find that it's referring to 'kernel32.dll' not 'kennel 32'. There isn't one URL, but probably hundreds of references to it on the MS support site. That's why you need to record the exact text of the message. Then use that text, or some of the key words, while searching MS support.
Here is a good link to Kernel32 (http://www.windowstrouble.com/kernel.shtml). Click the "error" link on that page for a list of troubleshooting steps.
