HELP ME PLEASE

OK here is my problem, I have a somewhat new computer (few months) that shouldn't slow down at all. Whenever I leave Windows on stand by and come back and hour later the computer is very lagged and I have to restart. Also if I just use the computer for an hour it gets very lagged and I have to restart. And finally if playing a game for 20-30 min it does the same thing. Please help fix this.
Specs: Win ME, 192 MB ram, 32 MB Diamond Stealth III, 850 MHz AMD proccessor, and 30 GB HD.

What could the problem be? Please help me!

Try defraging your HD. It may help improve performance. If you have Norton Systemworks, use Nortons Optimization. If not use Windows.

Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Defragmentor
