Mp3 to wav,real converter needed

I'm trying to add a tidbit of music to a web site and the mp3 is way too big. Is there any converters or programs on the net I can download or purchase to put it in a smaller audio format? I'm also interested in editing etc....

Here is a site that specializes in all things musicalShareware Music Machine (http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/). They've got programs for just about anything musical, including format converters. But I'm not entirely sure that converting an MP3 is going to make it any smaller, it already is a highly compressed file.

There is a program called streambox ripper that allows conversion of real audio formats...it's VERY hard to find since Streambox got sued by realnetworks over it (and a few other programs they wrote)...

If you buy realplayer plus or one of the versions, it allows you to convert I think...
