Originally there was alot of text on my page explaining the problem in great detail, but i hit the wrong button while editing, and some of it went away haha so I err was gonna fix it today http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

hmmm well amazing as it may seem at least its pretty amazing to me I fixed it............thing is the way I fixed it doesnt make much sence to me............but heres what I did in case anyone ever comes across such a thing..........I manually moved the network neighborhood icon to the topmost position where the my computer icon normally is and moved the my computer icon to the middle of the desktop then i hit line up icons........the problem all along has been that the "my computer" icon wouldnt reappear at the top of the screen but on a few ocations other icons have managed to restore to that top position...........at any rate then i rebooted.........then i manually moved the my computer icon just below the network neighborhood icon and the other icons i lined up under all those..........then i hit refresh and rebooted............then the third time i booted up i hit arrange icons and let the my computer icon go back to the top position then i hit refresh......now this time i noticed there was a problem with my tool bar....pretty odd huh? it was gone lmao.......so i made some adjustments and restored the toolbar back.........thats when i noticed the icons in the toolbar were all out of their normal positions.......again very odd i thought....at any rate.....i rebooted again and then after i rearranged the toolbar icons arranged the desktop icons for good mesure hit refresh and then rebooted and wahlah! it seems to be all fixed...........its really hard to describe what the problem has been or at least I guess im not doing a very good job......but to say it in the simplest manner i can think and maybe get the point across......the my computer icon no matter what I did would never reappear on the top of the screen and anything that was under it when it moved down got moved down with it.....had to be some kinda virus or something...who knows but at least now its moved on to other things that i wont find out about until the whole system disappears hahahahahaha
