sound with pentium pro?

Can anyone tell me if the Pentium Pro 200 Mhz supports sound at all?
Or am I just wasting my time trying.

From a hardware standpoint, the CPU isn't really the first determining factor.

First you have to have an open slot of the right type to accept the sound card.

You may have to look at an older Sound Blaster or compatible, without all the latest features.
Make sure the card will work under your version of Windows.

Then it's time to look at the CPU, to make sure it meets the minimum requirement.
