Go to microsoft.com and search there database about this issue. It is specific to windows 95 there should be a patch that you can download to fix this. It will probably take some time to find it. If you cant find it there go to windowsmediaplayer.com it might be mediaplayer.com. Also you can go to windows.com and search its database. I had a simliar problem with downloading video clips but I found a patch to make it work. Hope this help See ya

Thank you for advice. I find that when I try to download the patch my internet connection immediately stops down loading. Could this be something to do with my computer's security settings? Sorry to seem a fool!

Not sure what is causing your specific problem, but you may encounter this more and more often since Microsoft is discontinuing (http://www.rileycom.co.uk/rileycom%5Cdata%5Cdocument.nsf/ID/EBEB6EC2304AE70D802569F100589CF3?OpenDocument) its support for Win 95.

You may want to consider and upgrade in the near future. Or at least when XP comes out.

( I'm waiting for XPSE) http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif

Good luck
