VIDEO PROBLEMS

I tried to change my color contrast on my screen to 600x the lowest on the scale when l did this the screen went blank then l got the following mesage on the screen and now l cannot get back to where l was before. l screwed up


SNYC. OUT OF RANGE


Please Help l am using Windows ME addition

First off hit f8 on boot up right before windows starts up and then choose safemode
After that go into windows and change it back to the other resolution.
Also make sure you have the right driver in for your video card. post back and tell us the outcome
