Strange Characters

I am facing a strange problem and I have tried a lot to solve it, please help.

From making power on of computer very strange characters start displaying.
Although the windows get loaded easily, I have remove all peripherals except Motherboard (Ali), CPU (AMD K2 450), SD RAM(64 MB), AGP (6024e) but the output remains same.
This problems start automatically I have not installed any new s/w or hardware.

DO you have a virus protection and is it updated?Did you scan your drives for viruses, If you dont have a virus protection, then the virus is already on your computer and there is no way to detect it cause it can swerve the antivirus, and also it will not let you update the virus protection.However try and see if you can detect it , if it will not update(live update) then it definately a virus.
