When I attempt to install a scanner a message appears saying I must disable
D000-D7FF. I can view the allocations in the device manager, but how do I access and disable an address? Have checked the bios,etc. Thanks

Turtle Beach ?? (reminds me of malibu barbie..lol)
Make sure that there are no memory exclusions in your SYSTEM.INI file
(in the Windows folder). To check on this, open Sysedit
(Start | Run | type in "sysedit" and click OK).
In the [386enh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file you may see:
EMMExclude=D000-D7FF
If it is there, put a semi-colon (" ; ") at the beginning of the line
to disable it.
The line should now look like this:
;EMMExclude=D000-D7FF
